Celebrate 30 Years of KIKI’S DELIVERY SERVICE with Fathom Events Later This Month

Studio Ghibli fans should get ready for a special Fathom Event this month. GKIDS and Fathom Events will be showing Kiki’s Delivery Service at select theaters to celebrate the film’s 30th anniversary. If you want to watch the film with English subtitles, you’ll want to go to your theaters at 7 PM local time on July 29. If you prefer dubs, you can go at either 12:55 PM local time on July 28, or at 7 PM local time on July 31.

“It is a tradition for all young witches to leave their families on the night of a full moon and fly off into the wide world to learn their craft. When that night comes for Kiki, she embarks on her new journey with her sarcastic black cat, Jiji, landing the next morning in a seaside village, where her unique skills make her an instant sensation.”

You can find out if your local theater is participating by visiting Fathom Events’ website where you can also buy tickets. You can also purchase tickets at the theater box office or Ghibli Fest’s site.
